Oh oh oh! I saw two of these for sale last weekend at the feed store. I believe they are called (here, anyways) Buff Orentons. Sooo pretty!

PS: I think she's a rooster! by those pointy feathers on her back. Regardless; gorgeous.

well so long as you keep thinking that these are pretty chickens . . why not but I suspect that they are destined for 'the pot' . . .!
